1. Return Eligibility
We Accept Returns If
- Item is unused and unwashed
- Original tags are intact
- Return raised within 7 days of delivery
- Item is in original packaging
We Do Not Accept Returns For
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Items without original tags
- Returns raised after 7 days of delivery
2. How to Raise a Return
- 01 Email returns@newrizz.com with your order number and reason for return
- 02 We’ll review and approve your return within 24–48 hours
- 03 Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide
- 04 Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange is processed within 5–7 business days
3. Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges on all full-price items within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Exchange shipping is covered by Newrizz for the first exchange per order. Raise an exchange request at returns@newrizz.com.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping — at zero cost to you.
