All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a live tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email and SMS with your live tracking link. You can also track your order anytime at newrizz.com/track-order or directly on the courier’s website using your tracking number.
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After 3 failed attempts, the package is returned to us and we’ll contact you to rearrange delivery or issue a store credit. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout.
If your order arrives damaged, take photos immediately and email us at shipping@newrizz.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
